I hope that this year has proven successful for you, and that you are already planning your success in 2013. If you are still trying to get to where you want to be and seem to be treading water then you might want to think about the strategies you are using.
If you haven’t mapped out your plan for 2013 then use any time you have spare over the holidays to write a plan for the next 12 months. You can follow the SMART system for planning the finer details, I wrote a post earlier in the year about working smart.
Having a plan written in black and white makes you accountable to achieve those aims and desired outcome. Stick it up near your computer so you see it every day, it can provide motivation and focus on getting the jobs done that are required to reach your goal.
